* Early Bird Pricing: Returning vendors who register by July 31, 2026 receive last year’s rates as a thank-you for their continued support. New vendors pay 2026 rates. Honor system — no code required.
🎨 Arts & Crafts Auction Donation: Donate original art or handmade crafts (minimum $60 value) to the DCF online auction before August 30, 2026, and your table fee is waived. The DCF committee will contact you. One table only — extra tables and power outlets still cost extra.

- All tables are DCF-provided 8-ft tables. Outside tables are not permitted.
- Maximum 3 tables per vendor (1 included + up to 2 extra).
- Power outlets available on Pavilion back wall only (3 tables). Email DCF@deafmaine.org if you need power. Fee applies.
- Extra table fee applies even with the arts & crafts auction donation option.
Quick Information
Table setup opens: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM on event day
One 8-ft table is provided with your registration. Additional tables are $30 each.
Need a power outlet? Add it during registration for $20. Available at the Pavilion back-wall tables only.
September promotion: Email your logo and social media account to DCF@deafmaine.org, and we will promote your business.
